I believe I have fordyce spots on my vagina. They are all over my clit and lip thingies and they aren t attractive. They don t itch or anything but they hurt when I try to pop them. They don t look like zits, they look like white patches under the skin. What can I do to get rid of them?

it might be Tinia infection, you have to consult near by gynecologist, she will advise you the treatment after only seeing these white patches.
