Hi..Abbas,
You said you suffer from
acne vulgaris.
Acne vulgaris is a disorder of the pilosebaceous follicles found in the face and upper trunk. At puberty androgens increase the production of sebum from enlarged sebaceous glands that become blocked and infected with
Propionibacterium acnes causing an inflammatory reaction.there may be comedones, papules, pustules, nodules and cystic lesions.
Acne can cause severe psychological problems, undermining self-assurance and self-esteem at a vulnerable time in life.
Stress,anxiety,tension,
sleeplessness, exercise, hormonal imbalance, oily skin, seborrhoea, dandruff, drugs like steroid...etc might precipitate or exacerbate the disease. There may be genetic tendency also.
You
consult dermatologist for firm diagnosis and treatment.
Antibiotics like minocycline or azithromycine may be taken for long time in proper doses.
Isotretinoin in low dose 5 mg may be taken. Apply clindamycine or adapalene gel at night on lesions. Cleanse the face with antiseptic face wash like acmed. Take proper sleep and avoid oily food.Have patience for good result.
I hope you got my answer.
Thanks.
