Suggest Remedy To Heal Cartilage Piercing Bumps

I've had pierced ears for over 30 years. Occasionally, I get small bumps in my earlobes. Usually, I leave my earrings out for a few days and it goes away. I've had them out for 2 weeks. Within a couple of days of putting them back in, I noticed my earlobe is tender. I took the earrings out again. this morning I noticed a black spot on the back of the earlobe where the hole is. My earlobe hurts when touched.

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern..

As per your complain small bumps over the ear lobes seems to be due to allergic reaction to the metal used in the earrings in case if you are not wearing gold or plastic earrings which are made of inert metals..
I would suggest you to remove the earrings and clean the area with antiseptic solution..
You can apply an Antibiotic Ointment and steroid ointment over it..
Do cool compresses over earlobes..
You can also wear gold or plastic earrings only once the healing occur..
