Im 19 years old weighing 120, i have tried eating more to add weight and that doesnt happen at all, I was going to try pills to gain weight but thought that is not a good idea. Im tired of being called skinny... What can I do? can I try supplements like protein shakes? would that help me?

consult your family doctor for physical examination. do not feel inferiority complex,take interest in studies,think positive, take sound sleep, consult counselor, take help of yoga/meditation,do exercise regularly. take fresh fruits,juices,dried fruits,milk products,soya products,banana+ milk shake several times a day,fatty fish,eggs,meat,Indian potato 'parantha', take tablet cyproheptadine. take care.
