Suggest Remedy To Lighten Darkness In Neck Skin
Hi doctor, my daughter 4 year old has black coating/bands on her neck, her face is fair but the rest of the body is weatish in color, I am worried that I am not cleaning the areas properly so tried to use homemade beasan powder for her body but it is not working out what should I do

hi, welcome to HCM,
black coating/band on neck is commonly seen in acanthosis nigricans.
it presents as valvatey, hyperpigmented band over neck, axilla and knuckles.
occurs as a result of insulin resistance.
apply tretinoin cream 0.05% cream at night in small quantity.
