Suggest Remedy To Loose Fat From Stomach

hi, i want to loose fat from my stomach. i already make slimming massage for my legs, it works good but i still want to get rid of the fat on my stomach, i dont have any proplem in my health, i am 175cm hights and my weight is 75km. you think it will work with me.

Hi im dr.hemaphysiotherapist.
The best way to reduce fat are low calorie high fiber diet
with good physical activity.

1.Engage in physicial activities like
Cycling, jogging, swimming walking for at least 30 min
5 times weekIy at gym or home you can start with -
stretching and strenghting exercises to abdominal muscles, pelvic floor ,
gluteal and thigh muscles.
Abdominal curls, exercises with stepper, swiss ball curls...... reduces tummy.

Please make sure you dont increase your food intake in
mean time.

2. Drink more glasses of water,when you are thirsty
please do not take any other fluids as a substitute like
juice, coke, etc .
3. Take green tea twice daily that burns fat and keep you
active.
Eat lot of fruits and vegetables, this will not only reduce
hunger but also add to the bulk of the food.
Skimmed dairy products, take fresh salad after lunch
and dinner like cucumber, tomatoes with curd.Avoid high
calorie food like fries, pizza, sweets and others.
As a routine (in short)Add 2 bowls of fruits (at morning
and at snack time)
Add 2 bowls of veg salads -at lunch and dinner.
Avoid snacking in between.

For relaxation yoga or meditation can be done.yes you can continue massage.

Have good sleep at time and rest.
This gives you best result for sure.
