Hi, I am a 36-year-old having a setup of office at home itself. The job is mostly sedentary, hence I am putting on extra weight. I have been maintaining my weight at 52 or 54 kgs for the past 10 years, but since last one year, I have started to put on weight and I am currently 68 kg which is a concern for me. I am also anemic, hemoglobin at 10. I do not have specific timings for my daily meals and I end up eating more than I am supposed to. I try to consume less salt, but I tend to get carried away with sugar/sweet stuff, I realize which is not a healthy option for me. I intend to lose weight with a propoer meal plan and timings. Please suggest me foods that are easy to cook and contribute towards weight loss.
