You can lose weight by modifying diet and exercise. Since it may be difficult for you to exercise enough to lose weight, you can do it mainly by diet modification.
There are 2 main types of diets that can be used to lose weight: (1)low fat/low calorie diet and (2) low
carbohydrate diet
In the low fat/low calorie diet- increase the use of fruits and vegetables
(2) switch from normal fat to low fat foods
(3)avoid frying
(4)decrease use of normal sodas/juices -use low calorie options
In low carbohydrate diets- (1) meals consist mainly of protein with salads or low carb vegetables
(2)use 1 to 2 cups of salad and 1 to 2 cups of vegetables a day
(3)use of low calorie drinks, drink a lot of water
(4)use protein snacks such as nuts, cheese, meat, eggs
You can use whichever diet suits you best.
