hi,I'm a nineteen year old. I'm 6' 3 and 122 pounds.i eat twice maybe three times a day breakfast is cereal and toast maybe rasher a sausages now and again dinner would be just an ordinary one potatoes or rice and some meat supper would be sometimes cereal again or maybe a salad. during the week for the past 8 months i walked 2 miles to college everyday.i've tried to diet but just end up hungery and feeling week. and did not loose weight, why can i not loose weight? how can i in prove this?

welcome, it may be genetic, consult your family doctor for physical examination, avoid smoking,alcohol,cola,coffee,junk foods, take fresh fruits,leafy veg,soya products, do exercise regularly,swimming,cycling, your doctor may advise you tablet orlistat,lorcaserin & blood test for thyroid,lipid profile,sugar, take care.
