Suggest Remedy To Overcome Addiction To Smoking Pot
My grandson is 27 and a family member started him smoking pot in his early teens and he drinks too. My daughter blames this family member, says it damage his brain at an early age. The boy/man has been in jail off and on since he was 17 year manor things so far but mostly for his DUI's. He is on probation, just got out 2 weeks and the very next day he started drinking not to get drunk but enough to know that he can go prison for 5 years instead to jail. I say he is selfish and just like to get high.
hello.. welcome to health care magic.. As per reviewing your question, it seems that your grand son is having serious personality issues. He is not willing to get rid off from any of substances. So if i am your family physician , i would like to first refer him to a psychiatrist. Such kind of patients need face to face consultation. By giving them advices only, they would not follow it or even listen to properly. So plz arrange his meeting with a psychiatrist or good psychotherapist, dig up his personal issues why he is persisting for substances & criminal activities. Is he suffering from depression or other illness it would be surface in meeting. Take him in trust, get him ready to transform for living gentleman life, it would need long time to get his life on track.. good luck...
