Suggest Remedy To Overcome Anxiety And Negative Thoughts
I have a happy life. In fact Im happier now with my life then I have ever been. Im engaged now. Im in college and loving it. However I have a problem. I have been havng thoughts that are negative. I worry all the time. Its stuff that shouldnt even cross my mind. Like when my fiance leaves for work I think oh my gosh what if he has a wreck. Or the other day I was on my way to class and I started thinking what if someone came into the college with a gun how would I protect myself. I do not understand why I all of a sudden started worrying constantly. Its getting worse too. I do it all the time now. I use to never have these thoughts. Whats wrong with me.

Rather, this is just disappointment. Disappointment which arises out of unforeseen life events do bring such symptoms like sadness, irritation, anger, lethargy, lack of interest, lack of appetite etc. Please understand this fact and make sure to introspect. Talking to your friends, out door activities and being creative should give you relief. Find the reason for your disappointment and consult a psychologist if need be.
