Suggest Remedy To Overcome Depression During Menopause
ok my frnd age 44 at her meaopuse stage is getting high depresssion , 1 reason is also her drt left home 4 love marrige -n- her son in 11 rt nw they shifted from b;lore 2 bhandra here shifting also from metro 2 little town make her depression more , waht 2 do in this condition
There are many risk factors in her life like menopausal age, daughter left home, migration from one city to another. All these risk factors are increasing the risk of menopausal syndrome and depression. In some females hormonal therapy helps in correcting the mood but there are many risk factors associated with hormonal therapy so it is not commonly used. I would advise you to consult a good psychiatrist for her. Medicines like Duloxetine, Milnacipran, Venlafaxine etc are very effective in controlling mood swings and depression associated with menopausal syndrome.
Exercise and yoga will also help in correcting her mood. Consult a psychiatrist for prescription of medicines.
Thanks, hope this helps you.
