Hello,

You are a single woman and addicted to masturbation but want to seriously break this habit as it is against your religious beliefs. That is a very good effort, I appreciate you for the lifestyle change that you want to welcome in your life. When you take a decision and stand by it strongly, half your work is done. Stay strong headed, breaking old habits is not a joke. You are advised to do regular walking in the morning and evening. Try to pamper your self with home made nutritious snacks, food and healthy drinks. Stay cheerful.

Every individual has some hobby or skills, try to give attention to yourself. Reading good books and trying to write is a good idea. Maintaining a beautiful indoor or outdoor garden will keep you joyous. Shop for new clothes, bed sheets, curtains, etc. Home décor will help to forget your old habits. Making heathy new recopies and sharing with friends is a good effort. Make new friends (both men and women). Maintain healthy, matured friendship with them.

Avoid watching porn on internet, cables, television. Remove all things that trigger you to masturbate. Throw away condoms, lubrication (jelly or lotions), vibrators, dildos, sexy outfits, anything that arouses you. Learn to ignore and avoid driving by or entering triggering places like bars, strip clubs, passing through red light areas, etc. Stay away from addictions if any. Stay away from any triggers that arouse you.

Make lifestyle changes. Take a U turn, stay strong. Set goals to achieve and avoid sedentary lifestyle. Avoid staying alone so that you do not get triggered to masturbate. Get responsible. Try to get a good partner and settle in life so that you have a healthy sex life. Pornography, thinking about sex or fantasizing, looking at sex-related items, increased stress or anxiety, or difficulty sleeping.

Pornographic materials may include DVDs, magazines, pictures, posters, sculptures, and romance novels. Avoid driving by or entering triggering places such as: strip-clubs, brothels, or streets where prostitutes frequently hang out. Remove or hide sex-objects that are triggering for you. These might include condoms, lubrication (jelly or lotions), vibrators, dildos, sexy outfits, and anything else that you might have that could lead to thoughts of masturbation. Limit your internet use.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
