Suggest Remedy To Pass The Drug Test After Smoking Methamphetamine

I have a monthly drug test I smoke a lot of mary jane due to the fact im hiv pos and the meds make me sick this is the only way I have found to help my appetite and decrease the nausea. I recently got together with an ex of mine who talked me into smoking meth. I usually pass my drug test with the headshops drinks if I stop using mary jane at least one week before. I have done that but its sat night and I just smoked meth. will the drink work for the meth too or just mary jane. I really need to pass my test for probation I have no chances left. what are your thoughts

I don't think the drink works. This is a pretty good indication for medical marijuana by the way. Methamphetamine would be out of the urine in a week, probably by 5 days, there isn't a great way to speed that up.
