I have been using oxy over a year now. Last year it was 1000+mg a week. I quit over the summer, only to come back to school and start using again. 80mg a day. at least. tonight my roommates gave me a minor intervention. i cant in terms of money and time afford rehab right now, what are some tips to quit cold turkey
Supervision. There is outpt rehab, suboxone rapid taper, supervised cold turkey with medications for symptoms, rather a lot. Furthermore, there is an entire issue of how one is oriented to the medical system. Coming and getting a fix is not an orientation that is going to serve well long term. and an organized pattern of regular doctor visits to get supervised help is going to work better in the long run.
