Hi Sir, I am looking to quit smoking, but finding it really difficult to do. I am not a regular drinker, but on occasions I end up drinking heavy. I have blood sugar as well. The medications I have are galvus met 50/1000, telista 20 and Ecosprin AV. My blood sugars are normal as of now, including my A1C. Today I checked my BP in the morning and it was 140/90, which has been normal recently. I go to swimming for days a week at least, but otherwise I have a sedentary lifestyle. Need to get out of this. Please help. I am 41 Thanks and regards, Biswapriya
