Suggest Remedy To Relieve Pain And Swelling In Ring Finger

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...i am a 53 year old woman and was gently jumping on a trampoline with my nephews for about 10-15 minutes. I am not aware of anything coming into contact with my hand. My ring finger began to swell and turn purple. Not exactly painful but uncomfortable due to pressure from the swelling. I iced it for about an hour and held it up above my heart. The swelling went down but not completely. I do have a ring on that finger but was not able to remove it as the swelling didnt completely go away. about 6 hours later while washing a cup at the sink it began swelling again and is tighter and purpler than before. Have been icing and holding up for about 30 min. ring is fairly snug but am able to twist around my finger.
