Suggest Remedy To Relieve Swelling On Buttocks Due To Bump

4days ago i discovered a small bump on my bum, inside the actual crack i squeezed it and pus came out, i then cleaned it with sea salt water and left it, on the 2nd day i had it i felt slight discomfort nothing unbearable i squeezed it again, cleaned it with sea salt water and left it alone. On the 3rd day it was swollen making it difficult to walk, and sit now the swelling is much worse and i can hardly sit down or even walk

Thank you for query.it may be folliculitis .please use topical antibiotics like fucidin or mupirocin daily,you may require oral antibiotics also if does not subside.You wear loose cotton clothes.do not sit for long time.see that there is no friction or irritation.You can use analgesics like brufen if needed.
