Suggest Remedy To Relieve Tightening In Throat
I was singing and my throat tightened up. I tried massaging my throat and something popped. It was something I could hear. It hurt instantly and causes discomfort when I speak and swallow. It almost feels like I have a sore throat. What do I need to do?

Read your query as you have tightening of throat dont worry this can be due to infection in throat I will suggest you to consult Ent surgeon for examination of throat .
Inmeantime I will suggest you tondo warm saline gargle two - three times a day , and you can take anti allergic medicine like Allegra or you can take medicine like Azithromycin or Cefixime by consulting with your local doctor .
