Suggest Remedy To Repair Fastly The Over Rubbed Skin On Forehead

Rubbed part of my skin near the bottom of my forehead very hard to rub away and remove some spots from the friction and heat. But I overdid it and was left with a very large patch of removed skin and it appears pink now. How can I make it repair the skin faster or what else could I do?

My Dear

Welcome to Healthcaremagic!

I have reviewed your posting and will share my experience based upon dealing with this problem in good number of cases.

Please avoid touching the area and let it heal naturally.

A mild steroid would help when applied locally. For example, most of my patients responded very well to Neosporin H hen used in similar situations.
I am sure you must be concened about hyper pigmentation too and that can be avoided by restricting sun exposure. besides that, nothing else should ordinarily be needed.

Best wishes
