In such cases I usually tell my patient to avoid straining during defecation and simultaneoulsy life style modifications like everyday walking,avoiding bakery products,drinking plenty of water and eating plenty of fruits and green leafy vegetables with high fibre content. All the above measures are to avoid constipation plus i usually prescribe stool softner for at least 3 month duration. There is no medicine to cure or shrink your piles. only definitive treatment is surgery. So I suggest you to visit near by surgeon to examine and tell you further line of management.
