Suggest Remedy To Stop Hair Loss

I am 18 yrs old M.I am facing hairloss. The hairloss started 3 years back,it started from the crown and has now affected the front area.My scalp is visible from front and the back.I used minoxidil for 2months and didn t see any results.I used the prescribed shampoos too.The doctor said that its gonna take a month.I am hopeless because I am too young to go bald.Please help me.

.If there is any history of itching & scaling over the scalp.
.History of similar complaint in other family members.
