Hello Thanks for query Based on symptoms that you have I would state that you have Stress Incontinence of Urine (SIU)
This is mainly due to weakness of the urethral sphincter and muscles of the pelvic floor that hold the bladder to have effective mechanism (Angulation of Urethra) in females to have a control over urination .
You need to consult qualified Urologist for clinical examination and get following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis. 1) Urine routine and culture. 2) Ultrasound scanning of abdomen and pelvis 3) Urodynaemic study of bladder 4) Cystoscopy with test to to see tone of urethral sphincter (Bone's test )
Further treatment will depend upon result of these tests and final diagnosis.
