hi i am 51 and had my last period just over a year ago.i have never suffered any stomach problems until now- i have not put on any weight but my stomach gets hard and bloated ,when i lay down at night i can actually feel movement-is this normal? My diet is healthy i am 5' 6 '' and weigh 8stone 6 .i have suffered quite a lot of stress in the past couple of years-the death of both parents and my husband losing his business(now working).can you help please?
