Endocrinologist 's  Response
Hello,
I have gone carefully through your query and I can understand your concern.
First I would suggest to take the pills regularly and take a good control of the thyroid hormones because she is too young and we should prevent further complications of hypothyroidism.
I don't think the thyroid is the cause of her low blood pressure but I would recommend you to check the cortisol level in the morning to rule out an under function of the adrenal gland that may be the cause of the low blood pressure.
Hope the information will help.

Kind regards,
Dr.M.Guni
