Hi there,
Welcome to HCM,

You need to get to a gynecologist who will examine you, determine how many weeks pregnant you are and give you the medication for miscarriage . Its best that you get in touch with a gynaecologist for the same as the amount of medicine required can be different depending on how many weeks pregnant you are .

Also in conceiving right after delivery, one is always not so sure about dates as the periods are irregular, so an ultrasound to ascertain the weeks will be required.

More so you may breast feeding your 4 month old baby and if so you will have to discontinue feeding for a few days while taking the pills of miscarriage.

Do contact a gynecologist immediately.
Hope this helps.
Regards.
