Suggest Safety Measures To Have Normal Delivery

Hi, my wife is 30 years old she have a 2+ year baby by cesarean, during surgery her heart was block and finally dual chamber pacemaker planned, still she is fine, now she is 2 month pregnant, plz. can u suggest me some measures regarding eating, exercise to get safe and normal delivery.

Hello,
If there is no other contraindication, she can continue with regular follow up, fresh fruits and fresh vegetables in diet with adequate liquids. Regular follow up with the gynecologist and also the consulting cardiologist is a must. Exercise should be done as per the advise of the cardiologist based on her cardiac function. As far as possible, vaginal delivery should be the aim in a hospital with all emergency medical aid available. If cesarean becomes inevitable, with all precautions, graded epidural is the choice of anesthesia suggested by experts. Hope this helps.
