Zapiz is the brand name for a drug called Clonezapam, which is a class of drugs used to treat anxiety. It is regarded as safe for short term use in pregancy. In the US there are drugs for sleep sold without a prescription in a class of medicine called antihistamines, which are also used to treat allergies and make you drowsy. These are regarded as totally safe in pregnancy. Examples of this type of medication are diphenhydramine, or doxylamine succinate. They can be taken every night without any problems. I would try also to have good sleep habits (go to bed the same time every day in a dark quiet place, pile pillows around you to support your back and belly, and drink something soothing before bed like caffeine-free tea or warm milk). If you do have a legitimate anxiety problem, your psychiatrist may have something more effective to suggest for you. I hope this is helpful and good luck.
