Hello there,
Your query primarily is whether tramadol and lyrica taken together would cause drowsiness and loss of concentration in an additive form and lead to stronger adverse effects than them individually.
They can be taken together but avoid driving/operating any machinery when you are on them.

Since both of them are non addictive therefore you can switch to another drug if the need arises without any withdrawal too.

Hope this helps,
Thank you for your query,
Dr Arun A
