Hi, I think you should take some medicines like clomiphene for the growth of the eggs. In PCO patients, ovulation doesn't happen on its own. So, medicines are required. Track your follicles by ultrasound. Be in contact with your husband every 2 to 3 days after your periods stop. Take some progesterone after your eggs rupture to support the pregnancy.
