Suggest Solution For Sebacious Cyst

I have a sebacious cyst that had a small white pocket on it that burst, little puss came out. I cleaned the area with warm water and put an ointment on it, just want to know if I should do anything else, I am scheduled to hsve it surgically removed in 4 days.
