Suggest Solution To Overcome Depression Due To Personal Problems

i am swapna. iam feeling depressed at nights due to problems with my husband like we have different attitudes.He thinks in one way and me in other and i am not ready to face the disturbance daily but i cannot live with out him.He scolds me and i feel very sick,even i feel like dying sometimes but i know it is not a solution. I cannot live like this,i mean he keeps me away,he doesn't talk to me. I can make my mind set during mornings with friends,work but at nights i feel very lonely.

I can understand your problem. The main problems between you and your husband are poor communication and lack of understanding of marriage. A lot of couples suffer such problems in first few months after marriage but if such problems persist then these need proper attention and treatment. First of all you and your husband should sit together and should talk about the undergoing problems. Try to accept faults of each other and accept that no one is perfect. If his habit of scolding bothers you then convey this directly to him that you don't like this and he should refrain himself from using bad words. Such fights are causing you to think about dying and suicide and these are really distressing. In such case you can also consult a counsellor for marriage and relationship counselling. This would result in better relation between you and your husband.
