Suggest Some Medication To Increase The Height

Dear Sir, My Name is Saquib, i am 25year old, I want to increase my height, my height is 5.4inch, my family in members every body has minimum height 5. 6 inch to 6, 2 inch, could you give any good doctors address in hyderabad where i can consult and could you give any medicine which can benefit for me,

Hi Saquib .

I had gone through your question and understand your concerns.

Try to maintain a balanced diet with cereals , proteins ,vegetables . Even a little oil and fat is also required. Try to eat around 4-5 fruits a day. Keep away from fried food , soft drinks . Have small meals at regular intervals.Drink loads of water. That's all about the diet.

It would be great if you could add to that a bit of physical exercise and cardio workouts like walking and jogging. Walk for at least 40 minutes a day
