Suggest Some Safe Methods To Cleanse Eye Due To Irritation Caused By Foreign Body
I had cataract procedurs in December 2012. A few weeks ago I thought something got into my eye while I was driving. ove a few days, the larger part of wht I thought as a foreign body (mascara, eyelash or the like) had gone but I still have what seems from the inside looking out to be an eyelash in my eye. yesterday I went to an optometrist who checked my eyes and said there was nothing there - yet I can still see the black eyelash shape, even when my eye is shut. I have been rinsing the eye and have been using eyedrops regularly. It is very annoying as sometimes I think an insect if flying near my face. Any suggestions? the optometrist also told me my eyesight would not pass a driving test, although I have no trouble with signs etc in the distance and I can also now read without glasses. any suggestion?
Hi, From history it seems that you might be having flutters floating in eyes. Nothing to worry, appearance of flutters might remain for some times, gradually they will go away. If problem persisted, then consult your surgeon and get examined. Put eye drops regularly as prescribed by your ophhalmologist. Ok and take care.
