Hi,

In BPPV the main symptoms are giddiness on change of posture especially on lying down. Do a Dix-Hallpike test. If it comes positive then undergo an Epley maneuver and get it repeated after 1 week. The symptoms you are telling is not suggestive of BPPV. BPPV can come back eventually. So keep on having precautions.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
