Suggest Suitable Medication For Hair Fall

Dear Sir, I have a problem of hairfall. My age is 24yrs, height 5'5'', weight is 68kg and i am under treatment. I have consult one skin specialist and he suggest me to take following medicines
Dr.Reddy's Finax 1mg tablet
Abott Follihair tablet
Cipla Tugain 10% solution
Intas Folifast lotion.

I am using this from the past 1 month but i feel that this medicines increases my hairfall and now more hair falls. What to do in this condition because i cant consult him again as i am out of town right now for few months. Should i continue these medicines?
