Suggest Suitable Therapy For Persistent Depression
I have stopped taking my medication for depression for a few weeks. I am not feeling like myself. I feel my emotions zapped, or I feel extremely agitated and angry or I dip into a deep depression. I don't have another refill and I feel like I need a different medication overall.
Welcome to HCM!!! It seems that you are again falling into depression. You should have completed the course of Medication and not left it in between. Consult your psychiatrist and again start the treatment. Completion of a course is absolutely essential to prevent relapse.
I hope this helps
