My daughter has frequent UTI's and increased incontinance. She is 12 and I know this is not a behavioral issue. We've kept a diary of all of intake and output she urinates every 2 to 3 hours (recommended by urologist) and the problems still continue. Ultrasound shows mild right pelviectasis and I don't know what that means and her problems continue to get worse
I also recommend to drink liquids and especially cranberry juice.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
