Hi,

Welcome to health care magic.
First of all, you do not need to take so many different antibiotics at one time for any STD. Moreover, HIV is a virus which can be detected in blood sample only after 4-11 days after exposure. After 11 days of exposure, you can undergo HIV RNA PCR of blood sample to confirm HIV status. Antibody testing for HIV can be done only after 3 weeks of exposure.
Do not self medicate. Get in touch with a GP nearby you for guidance.
Thanks.
