Suggest Tests To Confirm Pregnancy

Hello. The last time i had sex was about 4-5 months ago. Since then, i ve gained some weight, it doesn t look like a baby bump though, but i also broke up with my bf since then &have eaten ALOT. But my period is now only like 3 days long, &i get a really upset, puke feeling at night. Could i be pregnant? Well of course i could be. But is that what you think it is?..

Hi dear, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Scanty flow during the menstruation and weight gain are more likely the features of hormonal disturbances like hypothyroidism, hyperprolactinemia, or polycystic ovarian disease.
Pregnancy should be ruled out by urine pregnancy test.
I will suggest you to get your hormonal profile done including thyroid function test, serum prolactin levels and get an ultrasound done to confirm the diagnosis and get further management accordingly.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
