Suggest Tests To Determine The Health Of Thyroid Gland

Hi,I am a 45 year old woman,and have hyopthyroid disease,have resently have been experencing a tightness in my throat,it has been since Oct 2013 that my last thyroid test has been done,which was normal.Is there an other test besides the tsh that can be done to determine the health of my thyroid?

If the tightness in the throat is bothering you, I suggest you get an ultrasound of the neck and if that is normal then a direct laryngoscopy by an expert.
