Suggest The Right Procedure To Use A Tampon

Hi, I m 13 years old and on my 6th period. I just tried to insert it (following instructions of course) and it was about halfway in when my body got a tingly, shivery sensation. Is that a normal feeling when inserting a tampon? Or is it sudden because it is my first time using one? Thanks.

Hello!
Thank you for trusting HealthcareMagic!

For your health concern, the sensation you experienced will go away once you have used the tampon more number of times and learned to use it comfortably. There is nothing to be worried about.

Regards,
