Suggest The Safe Levels Of Uric Acid That Has To Be Maintained
Sir, I have uric acid and after testing it was found to be 8.1. So is this level is very high? One of my friend suggested to take Amway Bio-C product. Will it be good to take this Bio-c tablets? Also, I used to taken chicken one time weekly. So can I take chicken or not? Please provide your suggestions..Thank you.
Your findings suggests mildly increased uric acid. Initially it should be tried to control by diet and life style changes. You should avoid high purine diet like red meat etc.It is better to avoid chicken also. Avoid alcohol if you take it. If uric acid is persistently increased then you may need uricosuric drugs like allopurinol.
Effectiveness of Amway Bio-C product is not medically proved,so I think it is better to avoid it.
