Suggest Therapy For Depression Provoking Suicidal Tendencies
I am 15 years old. I was extremely sad at age 13, and than it sort of went away. But I'm starting to feel really sad, and have more suicidal thoughts? I would never actually commit suicide because I could never hurt my family. But... I am not sure what to do?
I went through your details. You are so sure you will not commit suicide. That is positve approach and attitude. Very good. Please understand the difference between disappointment and depression. You are a teen ager / adolescent. You have your own way of thinking, developmental tasks and milestones. At this jucture you come across many happenings which are unexpected and therefore disappointing. Disappointment also produce symptoms equivalent to depression symptoms including suicidal tendency. But disappointment symptoms are short lived. Once you understand your problem is disappointment, you will be able to tackle it with ease. Concentrate on your education and physical fitness.
