Suggest Therapy For Depression

After watching the death of a close family memeber, i've become extremly attached to another invidual. If I do not see this indivual I become depressed and sad. I'm getting more attached to this person. I still have bad visions of the night my family memeber died I was right next to him when he started the death rattle and otehr things.

Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

I went through your details. This sort of behavior is quite common and there is nothing to be alarmed about. Bereavement in itself is depression. The person undergoes heavy disappointment and badly requires company for several days. Slowly, the behavior pattern weans off mainly because these people always have something else to do to keep up with the family, society etc. In your case too, you will be able to detach yourself from the present behavior within a month or so. Don;t worry. Follow strict and set time table for whole day. Try to be busy.

If you require more of my help in this aspect, please use this URL. http://goo.gl/aYW2pR. Make sure that you include every minute details possible.

Hope this answers your query. Available for further clarifications.
Good luck.
