Suggest Therapy For Drug Abuse

its not realy ahealth question 4 me,,i just dunno wer to turn to or who to ask all i know all my family are worried and we realy dunno wat to do its my older sister she is takin drugs well a pathic drug called paste and drinking a lot and she has 11 year boy,,she is all over the place,,she dosnt even reaslise how bad she is,,they live wit mum,,but my sis sometimes stays ther then goes then goes to her bf..she dsnt thinkandf look after he son to much,,but its not just the drugs i think she has an underline mental problem aswell..but last time she was realy bad my other sisw called the doc,,she sees a couciller but it dsnt help at all,,cos b4 she sees her,,she tskes lots of drugs and ends up talking rubbish,,idunno wat to do or who to talk to bout it?

Its really a terrible situation and difficult to manage. But your sister first need admission for detoxification (ICU set up might be required depending on drug dosage ) to manage withdrawal properly. After this she will need a detail evaluation with psychiatrist for any underlying mental issues.. Such persons almost always suffer from mental illness , and these need to be taken care or chances of relapse is high. She may require admission at a rehabilitation center for a quite long duration.
To treat such persons need high patience and calm mind.
