Hello Rizla,
Thank you for asking at HCM.
I went through your husband's history and would like to make suggestions for you as follows:
1.
Wheezing is a relatively common problem and usually it is not a serious one. If he gets repeated episodes of wheezing, he may be asthmatic, in that case consulting an allergist-immunologist will help him identifying what is causing him allergies and how to avoid.
For wheezing, I would suggest him continue using inhaler, which controls wheezing.
2. Regarding your concerns about baby, if your husband is allergic from childhood or he has hereditary allergies, the chances that your baby may also be allergic are approximately 40%. Of course, a few precautions should be taken during your
pregnancy and early years of your baby to decrease the possibility.
Basically, allergies are nothing but abnormal immunity.
3. Regarding
depression and fit, I would suggest you to seek professional advice from related specialists.
4. I would like to emphasize here that
stress is a common factor for all - asthma & allergies, depression &
fits. So, please make sure that your husband adopts stress reduction strategies like regular exercise, healthy food habits & relaxation &
meditation. You will also help him greatly by allowing him to express himself fully and thereby reducing his emotional stress.
Hope above suggestions will be helpful to you.
Should you have any further query, please feel free to ask at HCM.
Wish your husband a very healthy life ahead.
Thank you & regards.
