Suggest Timings To Take Sporlac Along With Iron And Calcium During Pregnancy

i m 16 weeks pregnant. m taking calcium n iron supplements. i hv loose motions so been given sporlac and antacid and antiflatulent? i know antacid shouldnt be taken with iron but sporlac??? i hv to take 3 doses of sporlac n i m not able to manage the timings ?
