Suggest Treatment After Analyzing The Scan Report Of 6 Year Old
My son (6.9 years old) has been diagnosed with a lobulated frond like SOL in the left temporal horn attached to the choroid plexus. The lesion measures 1.9 x 1.5x 1.8 cm in size. The lesion shows intense homogeneous enhancement on post contrast images. CAn you kindly suggest the treatment and the best doctor available for it?
Hi, Welcome to Hcm, I am sorry to hear about your son. Scan report alone won't be of major help in giving you information about your son's condition. He needs to be examined well clinically for any deficits which can correlate with the finding on Ct. However, what I can say is, it seems like a significant lesion and you should consult any pediatric neurologist nearest to you at the earliest along with the Ct films. Hope your son gets well soon. Take care.
