Hello Doctor I had one trimester abortion as baby was suffering from down syndrome. after that i had DNC through suction evacuation to remove poc's. after that i suffered from Asherman syndrome(synace) and then three histroscopys. at present my endometrium thickness varies between 3 to 4 mm. suggest me what to do
Ascgermann's syndrome is indeed an unfortunate complication you are having. It is due to the adhesions inside the uterine cavity. The treatment aims at:
1. To separate the front and back uterine walls from each other to break the adhesions and prevent any further adhesions formations. This can be achieved by inserting an intrauterine device like CuT or Lippies loop. Now I do not think Lippie's loop would be available anywhere. CuT would serve the purpose.
2. To build up the uterine lining; i.e. endometrium. The hormone which is responsible for hormonal building is Oestrogen. Fortunately your endometrium is not completely destroyed and some endometrium is still present in the uterine cavity. So continuous oestrogen without any break for 3 months would help the endometrium to get rebuilt.
I suppose this therapy should help you to have healthy and sufficient endometrium after which you may try for conception. Please take this treatment with the help of Gynaecologist only.
I feel this should help you.
